  • Setting up Zap to autoreply, but after auto reply pause autoreplies for a period of time

Okay, so at my job we have a message board for incoming calls. I am trying to set up Zap to autoreply with my extension to a specific string posted in chat. However, once it posts my extension, I need it to stop replying for about 10 minutes, so I can handle the call I am taking. 

 

Sort of the workflow I am looking for:

Search for string “ml call”

Autoreply with my extension

After autoreply wait 10 minutes and restart autoreplying

Try a Delay step in the Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/delay/help

Might need to create some sort of looping Zap tho, which would be more technical to configure.
