Question

Setting up SMS with Twilio

I need step by step instructions to set up sending and receiving sms texts with a  Twilio phone number. Texts should come to an email address and replying to the email should reply to the text. I tried using Zapier quick setup. I got as far as choosing the Twilio number and then it tests the trigger and fails saying “We couldn't find an item. Create an item in your Twilio account and test your trigger again”. Instructions there seem limited.
