I’m not familiar with sub accounts myself but hopefully someone in the Community has some insight to share with us. This sounds like it could be a similar type of inquiry and it makes me think this could be a bit more of an advanced approach though.

I did notice you were able to chat with our awesome support team! They confirmed your desired workflow is probably going to be on the more advanced side but they did have some recommendations for next steps:
Your best bet is probably going to be to hire an API developer or check in with a certified Zapier Certified Agency Partner to see if they can assist in one of two ways:
1. Search for a Zapier Agency Partner on your own: https://zapier.com/experts
2. Submit a project request via this form: https://zapier.typeform.com/to/o8n5HN
They might still use Zapier to do so, but it will likely require some custom code app steps within your Zap.
