I'm looking for help building a recurring email automation that works in tandem with my existing Zap that triggers when someone purchases a subscription to my Pathfinder Plan (via Stripe, or another platform) in my app.

 Here's what I'm trying to accomplish:  I already have a Zap that sends a one-time email via Constant Contact 7 days after the user signs up (to allow for a free trial before sending them a session booking link).  Now I’d like to send a recurring monthly email to each active subscriber every 30 days (starting from the date of their first booking link email) to remind them to schedule their included monthly voice session.  Ideally, I want this to do the following: Check a Google Sheet or another data source where I track:  Subscriber name and email  The date of their first email  The date of their last reminder sent  Automatically send a Constant Contact campaign (or email template) once per month only if:  30 days have passed since the last reminder  The user is still on an active Pathfinder Plan (optional but ideal)  Update the "Last Reminder Sent" field with the current date to start the next 30-day cycle.  My Tech Stack: Constant Contact (for email campaigns)  Zapier (for automation)  Google Sheets (for tracking user data)  Stripe or Shopify (for the initial Pathfinder Plan purchase trigger)  I’d really appreciate detailed steps or a walkthrough of how to set up this sequence. If there's a better workflow to ensure the monthly cycle runs reliably, I’m open to recommendations.

To automate recurring email reminders using Zapier, set up a Google Sheet to track subscriber details, including email dates and statuses. Use "Schedule by Zapier" to trigger monthly checks, look at rows in Google Sheets, filter active subscribers, and send emails via Constant Contact. Update the spreadsheet after each email to maintain the cycle. Thorough testing, error handling, and logging will ensure smooth execution.
