Hello,

I want to be able to send emails to clients and potential clients through Zapier, and I believe the first three steps I built are functioning properly, which include the Google sheets trigger (where I attach the emails from our clients), the delay javascript code (where it sets a 15-second delay between each email), and the actual email sending from my outlook account. What I need help is setting up is a notification email system that can provide a small daily or weekly report of how many emails I sent, how many read receipts, and if possible how many bounced.

The issue is I tried using either the “Storage by Zapier” and “Digest by Zapier” steps or both, and nothing seems to communicate correctly to the last step which is “Email by Zapier” to send me a report by the end of day. How can I get this built to get the real count of email sent, which is my priority to track in real time.

Hi @Rodolfo Perez

Try using Zapier Tables for your tracking log: https://zapier.com/apps/zapier-tables/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Try using Schedule to run a Zap on a schedule (daily, weekly): https://zapier.com/apps/schedule/integrations#help

Hi there @Rodolfo Perez

Thanks for writing in, Laura here at Zapier Support. I would be happy to help with setting up email tracking for your Outlook campaigns!

Instead of using the Google Sheets app as a trigger, have you considered using the "New Email" trigger in Outlook? By using this with Paths by Zapier you can trigger on a new email in Outlook and run a workflow depending on whether the email received is a

1) Customer Email

2) Non delivery report (Bounced)

3) Read Receipt etc

Please take a peek at the link here - https://zapier.com/features/paths for help with Paths by Zapier.

Was there a specific reason you wanted to trigger form a Google Sheet?
