Setting a new Twilio Zap from a previously created Webhook Zap that collects phone number

I have previously created a Gmail Webhook Zap integrated with the Voiceflow chatbot on my website which also allows users to submit their phone numbers for a special offer.  I would like to create a second Zap to send an SMS to the user's phone number using my Twilio interface (already connected on Zapier). Please provide a detailed instruction on how to do that.

Try using this Zap action: Twilio - Send SMS

If you still need help, post screenshots with how the Zap steps are outlined and configured to give us more context.
