Hi, I am trying to create a zap where a “Create New Request” from Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus creates a “Work Item” in Azure Devops, however when you run the “Create New Request” it is missing the issue description. 

Is there a way to pull this data as its the most important data set needed.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of the action step that shows all of its fields. Like so:
