Separate Name from the body text

Hi, I’d like to use formatter to separate names from the body. The email looks like this: 

 

I know that I can use formatter to separate this but I’m not sure exactly how to execute it. 

Trigger: Gmail (New Email Matching Search)

Delay by Zapier

Text in Formatter by Zapier (Extract email address)

Text in Formatter (To extract name from the body)

Send email (Gmail)

I'm not sure what to put into the transform, input, separator, segment value. Can someone help me the step by step or what to put in those fields? Thanks a bunch!

For us to have more context, post screenshots of the DATA OUT from the Zap step that you are trying to parse.
