Sending an Outlook email once a certain Outlook calendar event is created

Hi all, 

Is it possible to create a zap to send a template email once a certain type of calendar event is created in Outlook?

Hi @gdscms 

You can set up your Zap something like this

Trigger: New Calendar Event in Outlook

Action: Filter by Zapier (only continue if correct event type)

Action: Send Email in Outlook

Zapier does not have a way to send a templated outlook email so you will need to rebuild/configure the template in the send email step
