I am trying to set up a zap when a form is submitted in Jotform. don't know what information to put in email address / recipient field? I want to include the email of what is completed in the form, but obviously this will be different each time. is there a short code or something to fill in?

When you set up a Zap you can ‘map’ information from previous steps into a Zap action. When you map a field from a previous step, the Zap will send the information received for that field every time it runs.
