Sending a Purchase Order with Quickbooks & Zapier

Hello!

 

Does anybody know how to automatically send a purchase order in Quickbooks through Zapier?

 

I was able to automatically create a purchase order per image here:

And it says it will use the data to send it.. but I can’t seem find where to tell it to “SEND PURCHASE ORDER”

 

What am I missing here?

Good question.

You can use the QBO API via the API Request action: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/qbo/docs/api/accounting/all-entities/purchaseorder#send-a-purchase-order
