Looks like perhaps the wrong value is mapped to the email field.

Please post screenshots with how your Zap step is configured, thanks.

The email field is likely expecting an email address value.

Hi troy, so this is my Chatbot ..I have successfully integrated Zapier and it

 

And then this is Zapier and SendinBlue.. I don’t have an add the email address option

Are you collecting email as part of the Bot?

 

The SIB Email field expects an email address, so the email data point would have to come from the trigger step.
