Hi @Castorcontracting
What app is being used to send the email?
If Outlook, there is only 1 Attachment field when sending an email.
So you’d have to ZIP multiple files.
@Troy Tessalone - its Gmail
Is there a chance I can send separate attachments?
@Castorcontracting
Yes, Gmail can send multiple attachments.
Be aware of file size limits.
@Troy Tessalone Ok how do I pull the attachments from onedrive folder? I would have more than one file in that specif folder
@Castorcontracting
Try using multiple OneDrive Find File steps.
@Troy Tessalone
Every different file would have different number of files - different names - its extremely hard to find one file at a time then attach them..
Is there an easier way were I can upload all files in onedrive folder as attachments in gmail??
@Castorcontracting
Why not include a link to the Folder in the body of the email instead of using attachments?
@Troy Tessalone The company does not accept links. Won’t open.
The find folder or file doesn’t seem to be doing the trick as its challenging.
What else I can do? Where can I Store the files where zapier can pull them into an attachment on gmail later?
@Castorcontracting Since you have a varying # of files in folders, you’ll need to first ZIP the files to then send as 1 attachment.
@Troy Tessalone how do I zip all files under a folder?
@Troy Tessalone but I need to automate this - is zapier capable of zipping the folder?
@Castorcontracting
Not that I’m aware of with the OneDrive Zap app integration options.
@Troy Tessalone ok so how do I do this? I need this whole process automated
I receive signed attachments from signnow - once all documents are signed - an invoice is created
I managed to get all that going with zapier.
Im stuck at how do I bundle all these and email them to the accountant. they do not accept onedrive links.
and I can’t do that manually.
