Send an email on a salesforce opportunity

Hi

 

I have a zap that creates and updates a salesforce opportunity.

 

I looked but couldn't find an action to send one of the templated emails we have in salesforce on the opportunity. 

 

Is this possible through zapier?

Hello @ABAR 

Just add an Additional Action Step of Send Email using Gmail App with the templated content after the step that creates an opportunity inside your Salesforce account.

Good question.

You may need to configure that automation in Salesforce rather than in the Zap.

Hi there, @ABAR! I wanted to swing by and see if you were still needing help with this? 
You’re right I didn’t see any Zapier actions that let you send a templated Salesforce email but I wonder if @Satya09’s recommendation of creating a Gmail action step with the template may work for your needs.
