Send Advanced Push Notification in OneSignal requires value for segment name

I want to send a push notification to a SPECIFIC user in Onesignal.

I have set up a zap with a webhook as trigger (that step works). 

Second step is: Send Advanced Push Notification in OneSignal. In this step, a value for ‘segment names’ (see screenshot) seems to be required. But instead of sending the push notifications to a segment (user group) I want to send it to a single user (Field ‘Player ID to send to’). I am not able to test the zap (button disabled) without having a value in field ‘segment’.

I would expect, that as soon as I enter a valid Player-Id, there is no segment needed anymore. 

How can I achieve this?
