Self-hosted Jira Service Desk?

When I look at the integration for Jira Service Desk (https://zapier.com/apps/jira-service-desk/help) it says it is for the Cloud version.

Is there any way of getting Zapier to work with the self-hosted Jira Service Desk Server?

Hi @Philip!

You’re correct that it is, indeed, only for the cloud version. I checked our existing feature requests and I didn’t see anything about supporting self-hosted Jira Service Desk Server. My suggestion would be to reach out to our Support team so they can dig into this and see if supporting that version is possible. If so, they can create a feature request and add your vote for it :)
