I’ve integrated my Thinkific course with Flodesk. When students enrol, they must also sign up as a new user. However, sometimes they will sign up but then exit the page and not enrol. 

 

The problem is, if I choose the trigger event "New User", it also includes add those who have enrolled, who I don’t to include in this segment.

 

Is there a way to create a segment for New Users who don’t enrol?

Good question.

Perhaps you have multiple Flodesk Segments.

  • 1 Segment for users who haven’t enrolled (use the Thinkific New User trigger)
  • 1 Segment for users who enroll (use the Thinkific New Full Enrollment trigger)

Then you can configure the Zap logic to add/remove subscribers between Flodesk Segments.
