Hi All

Struggling a bit here.

I wanted to create a campaign/Event in Salesforce which then in turn creates an Eventbrite event which is an online meeting? I then wanted to populate this online meeting on eventbrite with a zoom link.

The struggle that Im getting here is that when i create the zap the only field that is visible is “Venue” with no option of “Online event” (There doesnt seem to be a toggle to change it to an online event!

Any help would be much appreciated, please see screenshots below on Zapier mapping vs Eventbrite site

Hi @Imz01

Check out the Eventbrite help article: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-eventbrite

It may have to do with you being a sub-user and/or not having the proper permissions.

Hi @Troy Tessalone

Thanks for your response

Seems strange as I’m the only individual who signed up to Eventbrite. I can create these online events straight into the eventbrite website but not through Zapier

@Imz01

If you’ve checked the possible causes listed on the help article, then it may be best to open a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
