Hi! New to Zapier. When I set up a new zap to make new ticket purchasers (Ticket Tailor) a subscriber (Mailchimp), will that retroactively complete the same zap for all prior ticket purchasers? Or is the zap effective only from the moment you publish it? Thanks!

A Zap will only work with new data, it wont go back and retroactively work with the previous data.
If you’re able to export the list of ticket purchasers from Ticket Tailor into a Google Sheet, you could then use Transfer. That allows you to sort of ‘import’ data into a Zap, so it would take all the names on the list and you could then add them to MailChimp in the same way as you have set up in your Zap.
