I have used Troy’s guide to using Calendly’s API to create single-use scheduling links but I know need to know who has booked using which link. I have a Zap that is taking each booking in Calendly, searching for the details of the person in Monday (which triggers the sending of the single-use link) and entering the booked time and date.
The problem I am encountering, is that people use different names and email addresses to book in Calendly, to what we have in Monday in our records so Zapier can’t find the record to update a booking against.
What unique identifier can I use for Zapier to find the correct record in Monday? I thought I could put the single-use URL in Monday as a column for Zapier to search for once they’ve booked, but the output data of a Calendly booking doesn’t include the link used to book. Could I use a custom request for this? Or is there another unique identifier I could use?
