Hi all, 

 

I have followed this post https://community.zapier.com/general-questions-3/respond-to-a-message-in-a-slack-channel-in-a-thread-5153 I am trying to get a zap that responds in a slack thread once, But this does not seem to work. The logic and all seems to be correct but when adding the filter it does not continue the zap. 

Does anyone know a work around? I am trying to automate a single response in a thread and not duplicate the response each time someone sends a reply in a thread on slack.

Hey @cpaz! I just dug into the community post you mentioned and if you’re following that, it should be working. But it’s not, and that does not leave you in a great place at all. Ugh!

I think the next best step would be to have you contact our customer support team. I’d like them to take a look at your Zap and see what’s going on. This isn’t something we can do on the community out of concerns for privacy, but our customer champions totally can. To kick this off, head on over to https://zapier.com/app/get-help
