Remove subscriber from workflow when even is scheduled in calendly

Hey Everyone! 
I’m so new to zapier and would love some insight! 
I have a workflow through FloDesk for incoming leads. Most emails contain a link to book a consultation call with me, so what I would like to happen is that when they DO book a call (after email one, or two) they don’t continue getting emails from that workflow. I’ve tried setting up the zap but it’s pulling info from ONE specific subscriber. Hope this makes sense!

Hi @Golden Mean Boudoir 

Are you using this “Find Subscriber” action before the “Remove from Workflow” action? You need to find the subscriber then remove based on the subscriber ID. Your workflow will look like this:

  1. New booking in calendly
  2. Find subscriber in Flodesk by email
  3. Remove from workflow using the ID retrieved from #2 step.
