Hi there!

Our charity receives regular donations through Raisely. I already have a Zap connecting Raisely and Mailchimp, that places people in relevant audiences based on their donation. I would now like to create a new Zap that removes a donor from a specific audience (but keeps them subscribed and in another audience) when they cancel their regular donation.

When I try to set this up in Zapier, there doesn’t seem to be an event that matches the cancelling of a regular donation. Has anyone been able to find a solution to this?

Thanks heaps in advance!

Hi @ellieroberts

Try using a Raisely webhook event: https://support.raisely.com/article/251-webhooks

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

Use the generated webhook url from the Zap trigger to configure in Raisely.
