I am using a new email as a trigger and using a CC email address to do an account look up. However when there is a second CC recipentant the Zap fails because it is trying to do two account look ups. What is the best way to remove any additional CC email address after the first one?

That was a great suggestion. Then I read that I needed to convert the CC: email address from “Line-item to Text” to be able to apply the split-text. The out-put from the Line-item to text allowed me to use only the first email for the account look-up step. Without your suggestion, I would not have gotten to my solution. Thank you very much!!!
