I am using Plaud Note to transcribe and summarize meetings.
I tend to have 4-5 meetings a day and the transcription lists all the To Do items.
I have created a Zap to….
- Create a new Project in ToDoist with the title of the meeting
- Add the To Do Items from the Plaud Transcript/summary to todoist
This is working but of course it is burning through the zapier tasks, therefore if it does say 23 tasks (which are not necessarily my own) per meeting, x 5 meetings = 110 (roughly) and the limit is 2000, I would burn through and reach that limit rather quickly.
i.e. it’s using a zapier task for every single to do item.
Any ideas how to reduce this burn rate ?
I could try and get plaud to only list to-do items with my name against them I suppose to reduce the erroneous tasks on the to do list
Is there a way to get zapier to still create all the to do items but using less tasks i.e. so it uses 1 task to create the project in todoist and 1 task to create the todo items ?
Whats putting me off subscribing and upgrading the zapier plan is my worry I will burn through tasks and hit the limit way too quickly.
