Records not processed while the service was stopped

Hi guys, good afternoon.

 

I have an issue. Because an issue in billing under my account, Zapier stopped my zaps for about 2 days. My integrations is Wpforms with Zapier and Salesforce. is there a way to see my records stored in Zapier in anyplace and have any option to re-send this records?

Check your Zap Runs: https://zapier.com/app/history/

NOTE: If the Zaps were turned OFF during this time, then you won’t see any Held Zap Runs.

Hey @Ignacio Albella just wanted to check in here! Troy is correct that the best way to see Zap runs that were successful or held is within our Zap History: https://zapier.com/app/history

If any were stopped, you can always replay them: https://zapier.com/help/manage/history/replay-failed-zap-runs

To quote Troy again, if the Zaps were turned OFF during this time, then you won’t see any Held Zap Runs.

In that case, you will need to do a manual csv export/import from WPForms to Salesforce to move over any data that was missed during that time.
