Reconnect an Salesforce App Connection with different user credentials

We have an app connection that is connected to our Salesforce Production environment through a named user login, however we would like to re-authenticate this connection using a system account Salesforce login so that when used in our Zaps, it will show the system user as the ‘CreatedBy’ within Salesforce, rather than the named user. Also, this will mitigate risks if the named user is no longer with the company.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Yes, I’ve gone here and selected the ‘Reconnect’ option beside the respective connection, however, I am not prompted with a login screen so that I can enter new credentials - the connection looks to just re-authenticate with the named user credentials that were previously setup with the connection:
