Recommendation for Zapier Plan for Marketing Agency

Hi, 

Currently, I am looking to implementing Zapier into our Marketing Agency to help increase our team capacity.

However I am unsure of should we go with the Zapier for Team or only having Zapier Standard plans for some of the keys individual who benefit from it the most first while the rest of the team use the free plan only.  

If any one have any experience on this topic and can give any advice that would be incredible.

Hi @Dang Q 

There are other factors that impact which Zapier plan you’ll need.

You can review the Zapier plan features here: https://zapier.com/app/billing/plans

Some major factors include:

  1. What apps are being used
  2. How many Zaps
  3. How many steps in the Zaps
  4. How many Tasks are needed
  5. Non-Instant Zap trigger update time (1-15 minutes)
