Re-run a Zap that occurred while my Zap was turned Off.

Greetings,

I don’t see an obvious way to do this?  I turned off my zap (Square > Google Sheets) for about 5 minutes.  In that time, I know for a fact that a trigger event occurred (a sale); however, I don’t see any record of it in the Zap History.  There’s nothing “failed” waiting to be rerun.

This is not a problem with my Zap turning itself off, I was simply making changes to it.

Is there a way to go back and rerun / search for missed triggers?

Thank you!

Chris

Hi @Flopbot

Zaps on run when turned ON for new data going forward.

You can try to pull new trigger events thru for recent events and then push that data thru the Zap steps manually: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/change-the-test-data-in-your-zap-trigger

NOTE: The test trigger only pulls back the 3 most recent events in most cases.

Hi @Troy Tessalone

That worked great.  Thank you!

I never realized that’s where the test data came from or that you could reset it.  Good to know!
