Quickbooks Create Customer fails with business validation error

We set up a test zap for our SaaS app. We created a private integration and added a webhook from our CRM system. We selected QuickBooks as an APP and used the create invoice zap. The idea being to send a new invoice from our CRM to QB.

This all worked great. We used the create/find customer zap for QB, but this is where we have an issue.

If the customer from our CRM is NOT in QB the create customer in QB fails with this error:

QuickBooks Online: A business validation error has occurred while processing your request

For the create customer - we have checked as follows

Email is an email and validates - not used in QB

Name looks good.

We have tried removing all fields down to just an email but it still fails on the create customer step in QB

Since we get know error or debug log impossible to figure out what is wrong?
