QUESTION: ASANA to Google Spreadsheets - how to pick the right Asana account?

I am trying to create Zapier from ASANA to Google Spreadsheets (New Task triggers a New Row and Update task).

The problem is that it keeps picking the wrong Asana, not under my domain. I am under a few Asanas, but I don’t see an option to pick the right Asana under my email.

When I click on “Connect a new account” - it keeps connecting to the Asana under a wrong domain.

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I’m so sorry for the troubles connecting the correct Asana account.

You may get automatically connected to an existing account because of the browser's cookies, which recognize that you are already logged into to that service on another tab. To avoid that, you can:

  • Log out of the app on another browser tab, so that the connection window in Zapier will request that you log in again.
  • Use a different browser or an incognito/private window to log into Zapier and create another connection.
