Question about Odoo and Facebook Connection

The connection that integrates:

Facebook is connected to the CRM of the CRM it works perfectly since it throws the leads.

Other integration. It is from the same facebook account to Odoo, however it has been checked with other accounts but specifically they do not work with that facebook account.

Do you mind clarifying a bit more around the error you’re experiencing and where you’re seeing it? Sometimes screenshots (with any personal details obscured) are super helpful in troubleshooting! It might also be helpful to understand your expected workflow as well. 🙂
