qualifying questions arent pulling through to zapier from go high levels custom values

I have refreshed/ find new records and nothing is pulling through the questions attached to the custom values in go high level. Please help!

We will need to see screenshots with how each Zap step is configured in EDIT mode.

Hi @Troy Tessalone I’m not sure what you mean? as this is to do with custom values I have in GHL not passing over the data to zapier, which would only be included in the first part which is Catch Hook in Webhooks by Zapier.

If data is not being sent to the webhook, then the issue would need to be troubleshot and addressed in the app that is firing the webhook to trigger the Zap.

Likely as that is where the data originates and what sends the data to the Zap webhook URL trigger.
