It sounds like you’re looking to generate a report, is that correct?
If so, I’d actually recommend possibly doing this outside of Zapier. Zapier is great at automating tasks, and we do have some reporting capabilities but your use case might be better served with pivot tables.
Would you be able to see if HubSpot can help with exporting your deals (and the associated fields you want) into a CSV file?
You can then open the CSV file in Google Sheet. From there, you can use their Pivot Table feature to generate aggregate numbers based on a criteria you set.
