My zap pulls through fine, but I don’t seem to be given a field in ToDo that I can link to the task description in Clickup. I just get body content type <html> or body content as below with further similar info - is it something to do with the converstion from rtf because it’s been added as a task in MS Outlook?

Hey @EmmaPep, welcome to the Community!

It sounds like you might need to try using a Formatter (Text > Remove HTML Tags) action to strip out all the unwanted HTML content. That should then provide the relevant text for the task description. You can find out more about how to use that action here: Remove HTML tags in Zaps
