I would like to integrate Rentman with Click Up and pull a range of projects from Rentman by Project ID (number).

I have what I think to be the beginnings of the correct Zap set-up, but my testing only pulls a single project versus a whole range. My goal is to pull all projects that are Project ID (numbers) greater than #535.

This is what the test gives me on Click Up:

Hi @MaddySweeney

The Zap trigger is Rentman Item Updated.

It will trigger when the specified Item Type is updated in Rentman.

For each Zap Runs of the Zap it will returned 1 record.

For Zaps that are turned ON, check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Thank you @Troy Tessalone - just to clarify, you are saying that Zapier can only pull 1 record at a time, correct?

@MaddySweeney

Zap trigger step fires from a webhook sent by Rentman whenver an Item is updated.

e.g. If 10 items are updated in Rentman, that will trigger the Zap to run 10 times.

@Troy Tessalone Got it. Thank you. I was using Make software and I was able to pull a large range of historical data and was hoping I could do that on Zapier as well.

@MaddySweeney

That would involve using the Rentman API: https://api.rentman.net/

Hi @MaddySweeney 👋

Were you able to pull more data from Rentman using one of the options outlined in that guide Troy shared?

Let us know whether you need any further help at all!
