Has anybody else had an authentication error while trying to integrate Project manager with another tool in Zapier?

I have the below error and I cannot connect project manager because of this.

Are you still seeing this error when you try to connect? If so, could I please double check:

  • That you have a business account with Project Manager
  • That you have checked your log in details

 

If both those are correct and you’re still having trouble, please let me know and I’ll escalate your case to the Support Team who can take a closer look!


I wanted to follow up on this as we found that this a specific issue and we’ve heard back from Project Manager on this. 

 

Project Manager have said that this happens when an account is still using their old platform secure.projectmanager.com. They mentioned that in order to use their integration on Zapier the Project Manager account would need to be on their new platform: https://software.projectmanager.com/

It was also advised that accounts can be created on the new platform here: https://software.projectmanager.com/freetrial
