So I’ve been trying to create zaps between my prinful and gmail account! For some reason, when I’m setting it up, Zappier cannot retrieve any orders from my store when I have at least 5 active orders! And even when I bypass the test trigger and save, my customers are not receiving email from me. I don’t know what to do. I also need it to connect to my printful store because I need to be able to tell zappier to include shipping information in email and the example order does not have shipping variables!

Can you please provide screenshots of how your Zap is currently configured?
FYI: Zaps only work when turned ON for new data going forward.

Yeah! I turned on my zap and reached out to a customer asking if they received and email from me.
Also, without being able to get any information from my store, I can’t include shipping information variable for future emails.
