Let us know if you find the information that you need in the help article that Troy’s linked to. I have to confess that I don’t know a lot about connecting with PostgreSQL, so I’m not sure if the guide has the info that you need!

I checked our internal feature requests and I found one for allowing access through an SSH tunnel, meaning it’s not currently supported, I’m afraid.

Not the answer you wanted to hear, I’m sure, but I’ve added your vote to that request. That way you’ll be notified via email if/when it gets implemented.
