I wish to tweet all the photos sent to a discord channel, and then add the users that posted the photo in discord channels names onto the tweet, so for example my name is Will; if i send a photo to the discord channel, it will automatically post this and the text will read “Will” similarly if my other friends were to post it would read their names, can someone help me set this up please, thanks

It should be possible. There is Zapier trigger for new messages posted to a Discord channel. You should then be able to use Zapier Formatter steps to extract the image URL and the person’s name.
