Hi, I’m working with an NPO, and they need one entry from Zeffy at the end of every month with the total sales that month, sent to QuickBooks. I don’t see a trigger event for that in Zapier, or am I just misunderstanding what each trigger does?

To send a monthly total sales report from Zeffy to QuickBooks via Zapier, you can create a workaround since there's no direct trigger. First, set up a Zap that triggers each new sale in Zeffy. Use Zapier's Formatter to extract the sales amount and the Storage app to maintain a running total. Then, schedule a monthly Zap to retrieve this total and send it to QuickBooks. Finally, reset the total for the next month. This setup requires some Zapier knowledge, so ask for help.
