Possible to see answers from both Sendinblue questionnaire pages?

Hi ,

 

Does a zap only work on one page.
For example: I link sendinblue to a google sheet. The clickable button to fill in the questionnaire is present on two pages.
Will the zap only take into account one of these two buttons?
