Hi @Waqar Ahmad - Not sure what you would like to do exactly but Docusign is already available on Zapier and you can start building zaps using its built-in integration: https://zapier.com/apps/docusign/integrations

Actually I have signed up on docusign regular account and a developer account.

I am creating templates in docusign developer account.
Now I need to access those templates created via the web interface inside my zapier account by template ID.

But I am not able to access any docusign template here.

Let me know how can we create a connection with docusign.

@Waqar Ahmad - Thanks for the additional details! It seems to me that it’s more of an issue with DocuSign than with the DocuSign app in Zapier.

Are you able to log into DocuSign using the same credentials you’re trying to use with the Zapier app?

Just wanted to follow up here to note that there’s an existing feature request for support for DocuSign developer accounts to be added to the DocuSign integration. So it would appear that this would be why it’s not possible to connect to that DocuSign developer account through Zapier.

I’ve added @Waqar Ahmad’s vote for that feature request to help increase it’s priority. We don’t have an ETA for when it would be possible to connect to DocuSign developer accounts but will send an email notification to alert you as soon as it is!

Hi folks - I have good news! 

DocuSign recently released an update to their app on Zapier which supports developer accounts! So it’s now possible to connect your Zaps to the developer sandbox on your DocuSign account.

That said, if you run into any issues on that please let us know. In the meantime, happy Zapping!
