I want to extract the date an email was sent from the email header, not from the body text. How do I do this? I don’t want the date the mailbox was set up, I want the date of the email I am parsing itself.
Can anyone advise please?

What email app are you using? (e.g. Gmail)
The metadata for the trigger step should include the date the email was received.
