Will parser by zapier only select a row “3” or can it select a specific cell “C3” ?
I need the parser to update a specific cell in a spreadsheet.

With the Zap action GSheet - Update Row you can specify the column to update.
So if you are updating row 3, you’d only provide a data point for the column header that corresponds to column C.
