I have a question regarding importing an order into Shopify as paid.

I am pulling the order details from 1 system, and trying to insert them into shopify, but interestingly enough, even though the order is marked as paid, it’s saying that the customer owes me money:

 

Why is there a balance?

Everything according to my set up in Zapier looks good, the order is importing as paid and fulfilled, but I can’t figure out the issue about the balance. Is Does anyone have some insight as to what’s going on here, or if this will affect my reporting?

Can you show me the screenshot of how you have configured Shopify action?
