I am new. My first Zap set up. I have entered the company Microsoft Account email and password.

However I am wanting to Zap a new email lead into Ontraport to set up a new Contact record. Why is it not prompting my business email account to allow me to do that?

What do I need to do to get this working?

Please provide screenshots of how your Zap steps are configured.
