I’m trying to create a zap pulling information entered in OnceHub to create an Activity on my Redtail calendar using the existing template.  The test data that’s prepopluated indicates the client wants a meeting on Monday, January 18th, 2016 but the zap creates a an activity on Friday, January 21st, 2016.  

Any help on what I’m doing wrong is much appreciated!

Can you please share screenshots of your set up so we can help you better? It might be a timzone thing but let us see

Here’s a screenshot of the date fields in the zap and then the activity it creates in Redtail

As I can see in the screenshot, the date field is waiting for ISO-8601 format. Try to add a step before this one that coverts the date string into an ISO format
