Is there a way to search the subject line, or body of an email, and have the trigger an action within another application. All I’m seeing in Zapier is the ability to send an email or create a calendar event.

Hello! There is indeed (kind of). You would first need to create the trigger “new Email”, and then filter if the body contains the desired content - Like this:

Take care in cases of HTML emails it could fail. Strip the html before.
