How to make it take the phone number of each client in the database in notion and send them an automatic message by WhatsApp?

The only supported WhatsApp app is the WhatsApp Notification which can only send messages to yourself: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/19805639844621-Send-messages-in-Zaps-using-WhatsApp
The app that you’re looking for is the WhatsApp Messenger which is not supported at the moment. Nevertheless, I've added your vote to our internal app wishlist, and we'll be sure to let you know if/when this app is added to Zapier.
